The Mission
Our mission is to raise funds for lymphoma and blood cancer research through the power of music, while also providing support to patients and their families through Riverside Center, uniting our community in hope and harmony.
The Story

Founder: Bryan Dunn — Virginia Beach native and full‑time working musician in Hampton Roads for 20 years.
2017: MRI for a back issue revealed enlarged lymph nodes near the diaphragm.
Jan 18, 2018: Diagnosed with Stage 3A follicular lymphoma; three cancer centers recommended a “watch and wait” plan.
2020: Became Hampton Roads’ top fundraiser for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
Today: Bryan’s vision is Bands Against Blood Cancer—a grassroots, music‑driven movement that funds research, backs patients and families, and creates community healing and harmony. 🎶
